Refund & cancellation policy

Bonxai sells access, not a physical product, so refunds work a little differently than a typical purchase:

• Credit top-ups are non-refundable once credited to your account, since credits can be spent immediately on any live model.
• Subscription plans (Starter, Plus, Pro, Business) are billed manually — there's no auto-renewal today, so there's nothing to "cancel." If you don't pay again when a plan is due to renew, it simply lapses to the free tier. If you paid for a plan by mistake (duplicate payment, wrong plan selected) and have not meaningfully used the credits it granted, contact us within 48 hours of payment at support@bonxai.io with your UTR and we'll review it case by case.
• Day Pass purchases are non-refundable once the 24-hour access window has started.
• Failed or double payments — if you paid via UPI but credits weren't granted, or you were charged twice for one purchase, email us your UTR(s) and we'll investigate and correct your balance or process a UPI refund to the original paying account.

Fair use & anti-fraud

Because payment confirmation is currently an honor-system UTR entry rather than a verified payment gateway callback, we actively monitor for reused, fabricated, or mismatched UTR numbers. An account found submitting a false payment confirmation will have the associated credits reversed and may be suspended without further notice, and we reserve the right to pursue recovery of any funds owed. This process will move to automated, gateway-verified payments as Bonxai grows — see our Terms of Use for the full payment terms.

Acceptable use policy

Don't use Bonxai to generate content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's intellectual property or personal rights, that is used to harass or harm a real person, or that otherwise violates the acceptable-use policy of the underlying model provider handling your request (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other labs each publish their own). We may suspend access for violations of this policy or of any connected provider's own terms.

AI-generated content

Responses you receive through Bonxai are generated by third-party AI models and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Bonxai and Bonigala AI Private Limited make no warranty as to the accuracy of any model's output.

Cookies & similar technologies

Bonxai uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences (like your last-selected model). We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies — Bonxai runs on subscriptions and usage credits, not on ads or selling attention.
