Who you're contracting with
Bonxai (bonxai.io) is a product owned and operated by Bonigala AI Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Bonxai", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms of Use.
The service
Bonxai gives you access to multiple third-party AI models through a single account, metered by a shared credit balance. We are a reseller and aggregator of model access — we don't build the underlying models ourselves, and each model's output is generated by its own provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others), subject to that provider's own usage policies.
Credits, plans, and pricing
Every account starts with a free signup credit grant. Beyond that, you can subscribe to a paid plan (Day Pass, Starter, Plus, Pro, or Business — billed monthly or annually) or buy usage credits directly in amounts between ₹200 and ₹25,000 per purchase. A subscription unlocks which models you can reach; your credit balance meters what you actually use, and every message shows what it cost before and after you send it. Current prices for every plan and top-up amount are always shown on our pricing page — that page is authoritative, not this document.
How payment works today
We currently accept payment by UPI only — pay by scanning the QR code or using a UPI app at checkout, then confirm your payment by entering the 12-digit UTR (transaction reference) number your UPI app gives you. Credits or plan access are granted automatically as soon as you submit a UTR, because Bonxai is an early-stage product without a dedicated payments team or an admin review dashboard yet. This is an honor-system process: please only submit a UTR for a payment you have actually completed for the exact amount shown. We reserve the right to reverse credits, suspend an account, and pursue recovery if a submitted UTR is found to be false, reused, or does not correspond to a real payment received in our account. Credit/debit card and PayPal are planned and currently shown as "coming soon."
Renewals, refunds, and cancellation
Monthly and annual plans do not auto-renew today — because we don't yet store payment instruments, you pay again manually when a plan is due to renew, and your plan simply lapses to the free tier if you don't. A Day Pass grants 24 hours of full catalog access from the time of purchase and does not renew. Purchased credits and active plan periods are non-refundable once granted, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use Bonxai to generate content that's illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that violates the acceptable-use policy of the underlying model provider handling your request. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse free-tier access, submit fraudulent payment confirmations, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or credit metering.
Model availability
Models marked "coming soon" in our catalog are not yet available and may change or be delayed based on our agreements with each provider. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific model, and a model can be added, changed, or retired from the catalog as provider agreements change.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
