How do credits work?+
Every message you send debits credits based on the model you used and how much it read and wrote — cheaper models cost less, larger frontier models cost more. Your balance and a breakdown by model are always visible from your account.
How do I actually pay?+
UPI today — scan the QR code or pay directly from your UPI app at checkout, then confirm with the transaction reference (UTR) number it gives you. Credit/debit card and PayPal are coming soon.
Is my payment verified automatically?+
Credits are added as soon as you confirm your UTR — we're an early-stage product without a payments team or admin review yet, so this currently runs on trust. Please only confirm a payment you've actually completed.
What's a Day Pass?+
A one-time, no-subscription way to get full catalog access for 24 hours — useful if you have a single big task and don't want to commit to a monthly plan.
Why are some models free and others 'coming soon'?+
Free models run on open-weight infrastructure we already have access to. Closed frontier models (GPT‑5, Claude, Gemini, Grok) need direct enterprise agreements with each lab — we're actively working through those, and the catalog updates the moment access goes live, with no changes needed on your end.
